Article 2: General conditions of use

The general terms and conditions are implicit in the validation of the order. By proceeding to payment, the user indicates full acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Article 3: Conclusion of sale
The sale is concluded between the two parties and the good belongs to the buyer as soon as payment has been made, regardless of the delivery date.

Article 4: Disclosure obligationsThe rakhime.com website fulfils its duty to provide information and advice before the sale, as indicated in article L121-18 of the French Customer Code and the articles to which it refers.
The main characteristics of the product are detailed in the product description. Article L121-19 of the French Consumer Code is agreed when the order is confirmed.

Article 5: account
You do not need to be registered to access the website, but you must have an account in order to place an order. The following information is mandatory: title, full name, email, password, telephone number and delivery address.

Article 6: Prices and payment methods
The price of each item includes all taxes in France and the European Union.
Outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. All additional duties and taxes must be paid by the customer when importing the products into their country of origin.
The price of the article is effective at the time the order is placed.
Payment is by credit card only. Neither Palika de Marie nor the organization in charge of the financial transaction are authorized to store payment data.
Payment is effective immediately.

A promo code cannot be applied to promotional items and cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes.

Article 7: Shipping and delivery
We offer ground shipping for Metropolitan France for orders of €150 or more. We offer delivery to French overseas departments and territories for orders over €175. 12 € will be charged for shipments within Europe and 25 € for all other destinations (you can request a quote when ordering if your order is compliant).

 Except under extraordinary conditions, orders are processed within 2 to 7 working days after receipt of payment confirmation (except in the event of stock shortage, force of nature).
All orders are shipped via La Poste Lettre Suivie or Colissimo with tracking number and no signature required. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and delivery. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas shipping costs depend on the weight of the package.
We strongly recommend that you combine your items into a single order.
We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping charges will apply to each order. Your order is dispatched at your own risk; however, special care is taken with fragile items. Packaging dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. If this time limit is not respected and force of nature or other uncontrollable events are not applicable, the customer may claim compensation from the competent court.
The claim and the award of compensation depend on the damage caused and recognized as such by the court. Orders can also be sent via your choice of carrier at your expense. Please contact us if you wish to use another carrier. Whichever shipment method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online .

Article 8: Unavailability of an item
If the item you have ordered is no longer available, you will be asked to choose between a product of a similar value or a full refund of the amount you have paid without delay and no later than 30 days after payment.

Article 9: Quality of items
The quantity and quality of items received are the same as those specified in the order confirmation. Items sold by rakhime.com are new, in compliance with applicable law, and have never been used before.

Article 10: Non-respect of the order / Damaged product
Article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code stipulates that WDP, as a professional, is strictly liable to the consumer for the proper performance of the obligations contracted in the sales contract. The company may be exonerated from its liability by proving that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is the fault of the consumer, force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Article 11: Order cancellation
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the French "Code de la consommation", modified by law no. 2010-737 and effective as of July 1st 2010 - art. 59, the customer may return the order within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer does not need to give a reason and will not be penalized. The customer will exercise his rights by sending a letter formalizing the 14-day period to the company By Marie de Marcheville. All expenses incurred by the customer will be reimbursed after verification that the quantity and quality of the returned items correspond to their original condition.
