Delivery and return

DELIVERIES

Shipments are processed and prepared within 48 hours except in extreme cases or cases of major force. Shipping costs include the packing and transportation of your order. The transport price varies depending on the total weight of your order.

Deliveries are offered from 150€ purchase.

France, parcels are delivered by La Poste with tracking number and delivered without signature. It takes between 2 and 4 working days for delivery to the address indicated on the order.

The average price is €5.50

We advise you to indicate your address as clearly as possible in order to guarantee the ease of your delivery.

Europe

Delivery times are between 3 and 8 working days from the time your order is sent. The average price is 8€.

Countries outside Europe

The delivery times are between 4 and 12 working from the sending of your order. The average rate of transport is 9€ to which can be added customs fees depending on the country and this at the expense of the customer.

RETURNS

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, “the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the costs of return”. The period referred to in the preceding paragraph shall begin on receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services.” The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting the Seller by e-mail at contact@rakhime.com. Please note that no exchange will be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, the Customer undertakes to return the unused item in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the shipping costs related to the return of the products remain at the expense of the Customer unless the product received is not compliant or presents a manufacturing defect.

Any customs charges related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also borne by the Customer.
