Deliveries and returns

DELIVERY

Shipments are processed and prepared within 48 hours, except in extreme cases or cases of force majeure. Shipping costs include packaging and transportation of your order. Shipping costs vary according to the total weight of your order.

Free delivery on orders over €150.

In France, parcels are delivered by La Poste with tracking number and delivered without signature. Please allow between 2 and 4 working days for delivery to the address indicated on the order.

The average price is €5.50.

We advise you to state your address as clearly as possible, to ensure smooth delivery.

Europe

Delivery times are between 3 and 8 working days from dispatch of your order. The average price is €8.

Countries outside Europe

Delivery times are between 4 and 12 working days from dispatch of your order. The average shipping rate is 9€, to which customs charges may be added depending on the country, at the customer's expense.

 

RETURNS

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his or her right of withdrawal without having to justify his or her reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods". [...] The period mentioned in the previous paragraph runs from receipt for goods or acceptance of the offer for services. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting the Seller by e-mail at contact@rakhime.com. Please note that no exchanges will be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, the Customer must return the unused item in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products, unless the product received does not conform to the order or has a manufacturing defect.

The customer is also responsible for any customs duties incurred when returning a product from a foreign country.
