Article 5: Account
You do not need to be registered to access the website, but you must have an account in order to place an order. The following information is required: title, full name, email, password, phone number and delivery address.
Article 6: Prices and methods of payment
The price of each item includes all taxes in France and the European Union.
Prices outside the European Union are shown excluding VAT. All additional duties and taxes must be paid by the customer when importing the products into their country of origin.
The price of the item is effective at the time the order is placed.
The method of payment includes only credit cards. Neither Palika de Marie nor the organisation in charge of the financial transaction are authorised to store payment data.
Payment is effective immediately.
Article 7: Shipping costs and deliveries
We offer ground transportation for metropolitan France from 150 € purchase. We offer delivery for DOM-TOM from 175 € of order. 12 € will be charged for shipments in Europe and 25 € for any other destination (you can ask for a quote when ordering if your order is compliant).
Except under extraordinary conditions, orders are processed within 2 to 7 working days after receipt of the confirmation of payment (except when out of stock, force of nature).
All orders are shipped via La Poste Lettre Suivi or Colissimo with tracking number and no signature required. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed while the shipping costs depend on the weight of the package.
We strongly recommend that you collect your items in one order.
We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping charges will apply to each order. Your order is sent at your own risk; however, special care is taken with fragile items. Article 8: Unavailability of an item If the item you ordered is no longer available, you will be asked to choose between a product of a similar amount or a full refund of the amount you paid without delay and no later than 30 days after payment. Article 9: Quality of articles The quantity and quality of the items received are the same as those specified in the order confirmation. Items sold by rakhime.com are new, in accordance with applicable law, and have never been used before. Article 10: Failure to Comply with Order/ Damaged Product Article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code stipulates that WDP, as a professional, is strictly responsible to the consumer for the proper performance of the obligations entered into in the sales contract. The company may be exonerated from liability by proving that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is responsible for the consumer, the force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Article 11: Cancellation of an order According to article L.121-20 of the French “Code de la consommation”, amended by law no. 2010-737 and in force as of 1 July 2010 – art. 59, the customer can return the order within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer does not need to give a reason and will not be penalized. The client will exercise his rights by means of a letter formalising the 14-day deadline to the company By Marie de Marcheville. All customer expenses will be reimbursed after verification that the quantity and quality of the returned items match the original status.
